Subscriptions are managed through Apple:

2. Tap your name at the top
3. Select "Subscriptions"
4. Find LevinGPT and manage your subscription

You can cancel, change plans, or request refunds through this interface.

Refund requests are handled by Apple:

• Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Find your LevinGPT purchase
• Select "Request a refund"
• Provide a reason

Apple typically responds within 48 hours. We don't control refund decisions.

First launch takes 30-60 seconds to load the AI model. If it's still slow:

• Make sure you have at least 8GB free storage
• Close other apps to free up memory
• Restart your iPhone
• Update to the latest iOS version

Your conversations are saved locally and won't be lost.

You can delete data in several ways:

• Individual conversations: Swipe left in History view
• All data: Delete the app from your iPhone
• Specific messages: Long press message and select delete

Since all data is local, deleting the app permanently removes everything.

No, sync is intentionally not supported to maintain privacy:

• All data stays on your device only
• No cloud backup or sync
• This ensures maximum privacy
• Each device has its own conversations

This is a deliberate design choice for your data security.

LevinGPT uses Google's Gemma 2B model:

• Running: 100% on-device using Metal GPU
